Can you ship outside of the U.S.?

Due to Federal campaign regulations we, unfortunately, cannot ship outside of the United States. Specifically, "Contributions from corporations, labor unions, national banks, and foreign nationals (non-US citizens without “green cards”) and federal government contractors are prohibited."

Can I exchange my order? 

Yes, unused items may be exchanged. All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Customers are responsible to cover additional shipping charges related to exchanges, as long as the item was not delivered damaged.

If you are exchanging for a more expensive item, the difference will be charged to your credit card. If exchanging for a cheaper item, the difference will be refunded to your credit card. 

Before shipping replacement item, the original item must arrive back at the warehouse. Please contact customer service to process your exchange at shop@yang2020.com

Can I return my order? 

Yes, any unused products can be returned. All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back return items. Refunds for the cost of the product will be made after the product has arrived back at the warehouse. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.

What if my order is damaged?

Damaged products may be exchanged at no cost, or returned for a full refund (including shipping). Please contact customer service to process your refund for damaged products at shop@yang2020.com

How long does shipping take?

Ground orders take 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

Can I order through the mail?

All orders must be placed through our website at shop.yang2020.com

Are your products American made?

Yes, all products are 100% made in the USA and union-printed.
